Semkovo itineraries
A first weekend, a week in the mountains or a working month—with room to move the longest walk to the best weather day.
A first weekend

Friday: shop in the valley, arrive before dark, unpack and take a short orientation walk. Have dinner ready or arranged.
Saturday: in good summer conditions, make Suhoto Lake the day's walk, passing Semkovo Hut on the way. For a shorter day, choose the hut and Panoramata instead. Leave time to linger.
Sunday: visit the bear sanctuary, add the coaster if it appeals, and eat around Belitsa before continuing your journey. In winter, replace the lake day with booked ski instruction or a guided snow outing.
One week in the mountains and valley

Day 1: arrive, unpack and learn a short walk. Day 2: Semkovo Hut and Panoramata. Day 3: the lake walk that suits your fitness. Day 4: Banya's pools and Razlog. Day 5: bears, perhaps the coaster, and lunch in Belitsa. Day 6: Dobarsko and a booked Gorno Draglishte meal, or riding in Bachevo. Day 7: Bansko's old town or a final quiet morning at Coliving.
Move the longest walk to the best weather day. If Pirin is a priority, exchange a valley day for a fully planned Bezbog or Bansko-area mountain outing. Rila Monastery and the distant Rhodope villages deserve days of their own.
A working month

First three days: settle the desk, connection and kitchen, learn your everyday forest loop and find out how residents share outings.
Week one: establish work hours and a shopping day. Week two: add a village meal and a bigger walk. Week three: take a day off for Bansko's museums or an evening event. Week four: make a booked hut traverse or a long excursion to Kovachevitsa, Velingrad or Melnik, returning to Coliving afterwards.
Keep meeting-heavy days close to home, save long walks and rides for clear days without deadlines, and leave one weekend unplanned.
Rain, winter closures and low-energy days
Book a village cooking visit, choose a museum in Bansko or Razlog, spend time in a sheltered spa, or have a good lunch and read at Coliving. Outdoor pools and the bear sanctuary still expose you to the weather. Sometimes the right mountain day is the one spent watching the cloud from inside.
